Please don’t ever take your vehicle here they have held my car hostage for 4 months the guy behind the desk called police on me because I was trying to move my suv to another shop due to work not even being started have been paid from my insurance & is now trying to charge me storage fees have called the attorney generals office as well as the B.B.B. Regarding this issue now there still won’t give me a storage fee paper so I can remove my vehicle do walk run 🏃‍♂️ from this shop was told by officers 👮‍♀️ that they are called to this exact location regarding multiple incidents of this same nature *****Don’t Do It**** Thank me Later

Don’t understand how this place has 4.6 stars. I dropped my car off there over two months ago for a minor accident, and have no estimate of when the car will be finished. The woman that we first spoke to, Ashlie was VERY nice and helpful. She was super communicative and seemed very competent and knowledgeable. However, after the initial encounter, our case was handed over to Edward. He, and everyone else in that shop has seemed clueless ever since. Every time we call he acts like he has absolutely no idea what’s going on. He has not communicated updates and he does not call back when he or someone else in the shop says that he will. Some of the parts needed for my repair were on back order, which is understandable. But he, nor anyone else in the shop, has tried to offer any solutions—or even an updated timeline of delivery/completion of the job. I was actually lied to 3 times about when parts would be delivered. Every time I called, they tried to tell me the same thing and offer the same pointless solutions of reaching out to the insurance company, which has NOTHING to do with parts delays. Now my rental car through my insurance has been returned and I’ve been out of a car for a mo

I had a fantastic experience with M Work! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, and the quality of the car-body and paint work was top-notch. A special shoutout to Ashlie-she provided absolutely wonderful customer service throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful which made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days. Let me tell you about my experience with m works. I hit a deer in early march. It goes to tow yard. I contact my insurance. Within 2 days I am contacted by a company that is picking up my vehicle from the to yard. I assume my insurance must have sent them how else would they have my contact information? Wrong. I was cold called by mworks who is working in tandem with the tow yard. So when all is said and done, my car which was completely fixable only with minimal plastic damages, is totaled. Why? Exorbitant storage fees, unreasonable labor cost, and to top it off they tell me they would never accept payment from a client of insurance. Yet they were very pursuant on the added 1180$ that my insurance wouldn't cover to recover my vehicle. My insurance blamed the company, the company blames my insurance, but yet I was stuck with a bill that neither would fold on only for me to have to buy another vehicle anyway. M Work has since called me back offering to credit me back what I paid out of pocket. They say they are still learning to work with companies out of network and apologized for the disruption.
